Delivery

For all furniture items I use a specialist furniture courier delivery service, using a trusted courier to deliver items throughout mainland England. Items are delivered to your ground floor front door. If the courier is working alone, you may need to provide assistance with unloading some items.

All items on the website include free delivery within mainland England.

If you are outside of this area, please contact me for a delivery quotation prior to placing an order. We regularly deliver to Wales and Scotland and can offer a very reasonable price for delivery.

Once you have purchased an item I will pass your address and contact telephone number onto the courier and they will contact you directly with a delivery date and time slot (the courier will not share or disclose this information to any third party).

We aim to deliver all items within 5 weeks of an order being placed, and delivery is often sooner than this.

If you have a specific delivery request, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate this.

Please note:

It is the responsibility of each customer to ensure that the item ordered will fit through all access points and into the space intended. Items cannot be returned because they do not fit.

Returns and Refunds

For vintage items, I can ONLY offer a refund if your item is not as described or (in the unlikely event) damaged upon delivery. To process a refund, if there is a problem with your item, please make the courier aware immediately. Otherwise we must be notified of any issues within 24 hours of delivery, or we will be unable to provide a refund. We will then liaise with you directly to arrange the return and refund of the item.
